Online Registration Form

IMPORTANT: Please read the full class schedule, including eligibility notes and policies, before registering.

Instructions: You can register online with just a few clicks! Please register only one student per submission. Once you've selected your classes, scroll to the bottom of the form, check your registration list and total, enter the student's name, and click the Pay Now via PayPal button.

To select classes: Check the boxes for the classes for which you want to register. (Remember that all class placements are subject to instructor approval and are subject to the policies shown here.) Your tuition will be totalled automatically at the bottom of the form.

Multi-class discount: Save when you register for more than one class of one hour or more. (Classes of less than one hour do not count toward the multi-class discount.) Count your eligible classes, then check the box for the appropriate discount.

Families may combine enrollments of immediate family members to maximize the discount. Submit all registrations together; deduct the discount from any one student’s tuition. Unlimited and master classes do not apply toward the discount.
